**As we continue to raise the standard and quality of Park Regis North Quay, between Monday 19 July and Friday 6 August, the lobby and reception area will be temporarily relocated to the 1^st floor of the hotel during an extensive refurbishment of the ground floor area. Upon arrival at the hotel, please use the stairs to the right of On Quay restaurant to access the temporary reception area. Please note there is no lift access to the 1^st floor from the ground floor, however, hotel staff will be on hand to assist with your luggage.
